Tunisia: President Ben Ali Appoints New Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs

President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali appointed on Thursday, Mr Abdelhafidh Harguem as Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of Maghrebi, Arab and African Affairs.
