Eritrea no doubt possesses a lot of tourist attractions including beatiful landscape, beaches, agreeable weather and clean air, among many. But Western and other tourists are ultimately not interested in spending money in country run by a N. Korea type of depressing despotism where there is no academic or press freedom, no constitution and no respect for justice and human rights and where most people are not paid for their labor. Only under liberty, justice and rule of law can the tourism industry flourish.
