A former Rwandan cabinet minister, Augustin Ngirabatware, 50, Friday pleaded not guilty to ten counts of genocide and crimes against humanity during his initial appearance before the UN-backed International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), reports Hirondelle Agency.
