Dumping of e-waste into the African markets, especially Nigeria, where the demand is so high has continued to be on the increase despite measures put in place by the regulatory authorities, including the Standard Organization of Nigeria, (SON), the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria, (CPN) and other relevant bodies to stem the ugly trend which constitutes health implication.

municipal waste management in developping countries, considered as the most basic treatment for developed countries, they are for the developing countries a source of various problems, potentially damaging or dangerous to health and the environment, which, in the absence of real systems, generate both environmental degradation, and sometimes irreversible effects on public health, and have a cross-border dimension. The technical, financial, social, and institutional difficulties affecting developing countries make it difficult to obtain reliable results to solve at final this problem. They therefore deserve to be studied to help these countries better manage the problem and even participate in the global effort to protect the environment because it is in the interest of developed countries that they come to master this field for the welfare of all. A sound waste management, is that this problem be approached globally, taking into account the whole chain to the collection, disposal and treatment "green", which beyond the general concerns public health and more recent environmental protection, must now register in a sustainable development strategy. The environmentally sound management of waste must go beyond the simple disposal or recovery of waste products as practiced by developing countries , it must seek to address the root cause of the problem by trying to change patterns of production and consumption patterns. This requires the application of the concept of integrated management, which must reconcile development and environmental protection .1 The achievement of performance targets and performance in the field of waste management, based on the quality of technical solutions and their adaptation to the conditions and local socio-economic context. The problem of waste management is taking alarming proportions in these countries that the management of waste is in the most simple to learn, landfill, which translates into a deposit of waste in areas often no or very poorly managed, not controlled, and whose operation is far from conforming to the basic rules of health and environment, very few of these recent landfills meet the standards generally accepted in the field. They receive all types of waste, without any consideration to their nature or their degree of toxic or dangerous. This type of waste disposal, although with a solution in the absence of policy, let alone the means in this field is characterized by large damage it generates, and which cause disastrous consequences not only on the water surface and groundwater, but also on air quality and the quality of life in general. Deficiencies in the management of household waste, is largely due to the weakness of financial resources used for their care. It is therefore in the interest of all those who defend the principles of environmental protection ( developed countries ) to help these countries to help them better manage their waste, and by the same reconcile the waste disposal and environmental protection and health, and help control techniques for recycling and recovery which are an alternative to reduce the volume and cost of treatment of household waste, and therefore give an economic value , which constitute a significant resource for them. chaalal moulay
