It is an irony that Mererani primary school located amidst the riches of tanzanite, a top notch gem, is in dire need of classrooms and teachers quarters. In order to function as a fully-ledged primary schools it needs 10 classrooms and 17 teachers quarters in addition of the existing buildings.
