Founder of the Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force, NDPVF, Alhaji Asari Dokubo has blamed the Niger Delta Problem on the evil machination of the Northern oligarchy, even as he regrets starting an arm struggle in the Niger Delta region against the Nigeria state.
