The Regional Minister, Mr. Samuel Kofi Dzamesi, has swiftly responded to a call by the family of Sako, father of three physically challenged children, to come to the assistance of his wards, who had been paralyzed from birth, and have found it very difficult to move about over the years, by providing them with a wheelchair each.
