They can threaten, cry but this time warmongers have been cornered. If they dont implement the report the international community will do it. If i was in this report i would have asked for it to be implemented soon enough so that i can defend myself. just because your name is in there does not mean you are guilty unless these mps know something we dont know. I am sure there are people who are missing on that envelope but they were equally guilty. Eg the ones who were commanding the troupes in nairobi by calling mass action (mass murders).
