Zimbabwe's AIDS organisations have condemned the government for failing to account for more than US$7 million provided by the Geneva-based Global Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

You mean Mugabe and regime stole it like the thieves they are well know to be. As the money was donated it makes it a disgusting crime to steal it from the HIV people need it.
Most of the money that gets donated to Zimbabwe comes from the west or what people with lack of an education call "neo-colonialists". So they are keeping it safe from the ones that donated it in the first place! Can people get any more stupid.
Having been caught out, Gono has now undertaken to repay US$6.5 million in the next 7 days.
The repayment is probably a small change advance from your great and glorious leader. It makes one think how much is stashed away by the zanu-pf chefs whilst people are dying for want of food and urgent medication. The ICC beckons for these fat cats!
What would you expect of a government that kills opposition voters, denies food to the poor, forges a document guaranteed by SADCC and AU to enable the country return to normality and thrives on propaganda?
The money is in our great and glorious leader's bank accounts where the racist neo-colonialists cannot get to it.
