Mozambican President Armando Guebuza arrived in Johannesburg on Sunday morning to take part in an extraordinary summit of heads of state and government of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), that will be dominated by the crises in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and in Zimbabwe.
