Each Regional Coordinating Council, with the exception of the Greater Accra, was allocated GH¢400,000 to construct a Jubilee Park for Ghana's golden jubilee celebrations, Mr Kwadwo Mpiani, Minister of Presidential Affairs, told Parliament last Wednesday.
