President Ben Ali received on Monday Sheikh Ali Al Jarrah Al Sabah, Vice Minister in charge of cabinet affairs and special envoy of the Emir of Kuwait, who conveyed to the Head of State a message from Sheikh Sabah El Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait.
