Over 3000 people, among them the Angolan youths and sports minister Gonçalves Muandumba, participated last Tuesday in a cycling competition in 4 de Fevereiro Avenue in Luanda, in the ambit of the 33rd anniversary of the national independence, marked on 11 November.
