Twelve aggrieved members of All Nigeria Peoples Party(ANPP) have gone to the Federal High Court in Abuja challenging the continued stay in office of Chief Edwin Ume Ezeoke, Senator Saidu Kumo and Prince Ebutta Ayyuk as members of the National Executive Committee of the party.
