Jigawa State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) weekend, declared that the North-West geo-political zone of the country has the highest case of drug addicts, saying 3 million bottles of Benylin cough syrup are being consumed in Jigawa and Kano States alone.
