The mechanism of developmentof cervical cancers in HIV+ females is purely conjectural. However there is an association of this type of cancer with poverty and the demographic associqation of living in a third world country is undeniable, etc, etc. The most disturbing fact is that in all of these countries (13) thus far that I have worked in Cancer treatment along with the entire medical system is neglected and ignored. Most of the developing world cancer patients will never consult aan oncologist because none is available neighter will their be radiation therapy and other adjuntivemodalities. Therefore all of these patients die without treatment of a specific nature of any kind. This occurs for all types of cancers including the leukemias and lymphomas .Most cases of Burkitts Lymphoma in Africa never get treated.Than there is the constant problem of incompetant medical care leading to mis diagnosis and late presentation when the diease is quite advanced. This is commonly present in all part6s of Black Africa.
