A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, has struck-out the suit by former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, who is challenging his demotion from the rank of an Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) to a Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP).
