Lagos State Government has dragged the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) to the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) Tribunal headed by Dr. Ransome Owan, over a breach of Barge Power Purchase Agreement (BPPA), now estimated at N12billion.
