Capital Oil and Gas, a major stakeholder in the oil and gas industry in Nigeria, yesterday entered into a partnership agreement with the Government of Anambra State, with the promise to champion the Gateway Architecture and Street-lightening of the Niger Bridge-head up to Nnamdi Azikwe's Roundabout in Onitsha.
