The National Vice Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) , North -West Zone, Dr. Danladi Sankara, has declared that President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua has succeeded in enthroning due process and the rule of law which are the virtues needed to lay a solid foundation for sustainable progress and development of the nation.
