National Chairman of the Action Congress (AC), Bisi Akande, said on Tuesday that former President Olusegun Obasanjo reneged on a gentleman agreement he reached with the leadership of the pan-Yoruba socio-political group, Afenifere, over the 2003 general elections because of his rejection by the group at polls earlier in 1999.
