to accept the fact that countries deserve the governments they get. The
people always have the will and the capacity to remove any dictatorship. In
many instances especially in Ugandas case there is complicity in returning
the same corrupt leaders over and over again while tolerating the poverty
in governance and open corruption. All the whining is an excuse to pass
blame around. Any corrupt despot can be removed.
