The Federal High Court in Yola, Adamawa state capital on Monday dismissed the suit filed by Chief Danladi Baido, challenging the declaration of People's Democratic Party (PDP), candidate in the April, 14th 2007 general election, Danbaba Danfulani Suntai as the Governor of Taraba State.
