The Botswana Congress Party Youth League (BCPYL) has been accused of meddling in the affairs of the Gaborone Institute of Professional Studies (GIPS). An official of the Student Representative Council (SRC) of GIPS has said the BCP youth are causing unnecessary chaos at the college.
