Well-she has been formally indicted and now must go through the legal process. Of course she wanted to hide behind diplomatic immunity, but this didn't work this tyme. She should consider herself fortunate that she recieved bail. This was very generous of the judge and quite risky, I might add. There is a good chance that the accused will dissapear and become a fugitive. Then she will have more problems added on to those she already has. I would suggest she be wise and not abscond.

The truth remains that she is Innocent and is a Hero. France knows it... That is why they are taking baby steps to free her as they cannot swallow their pride and accept to be humiliated in front of the world.

This is a well written article and is informative.The plot being acted out here is world wide ;leaders and their associates are going to be prosecuted for their mis governance.This story is unfolding more and more leaders ,most of them are in developing countries, just cannot commit crimes and walk away unscathe.I think that this type of legal procedure will become more common and will upgrade the importance of the world court and legal suystems in developed countries to bring legal prosecution against such leaders as just described
