Alhaji Shehu Musa, Makaman Nupe was so passionate about his religious obligations and how the country is being run that three weeks before his death, he sent a memorandum to the Sec-retary of the Government of the Federation, Alhaji Mahmud Ya-yale Ahmed, Madakin Nupe Abdullahi .B. Umar, a cousin of the deceased, has revealed.
