Jean-Claude Molumba has not worked in more a month. He is a primary school teacher but it is not safe for him - or his students - to assemble for classes. Just last week, when he realised that more than 300 people in his small village had died, he decided to leave DRC and cross the border to Uganda.

Once the people of African countries learn they are the real power, they will get rid of these evil men. How through a common goal freedom for all! Education first for the young because they are the real natural resources of african countries! It amazes me that after all this time some people are still behaving like there masters which is the worst example to follow. The raping of women and childre is the worst for me. What kind of man would think this is okay under any circumstances! Shame, shame, shame! Africans disgrace themselves(the leaders)! These countries need to come together and stop this violence, stop the blame game because now the lines are to blurred to blame each other. Men/women should sit down and find a way to help each other and become the great nations of Africa! There are to many rebels to name they should be dealt with swiftly. Children should be protected at all cost. If the Presidents children are stolen and made to be a child solider then and only then would these rulers know real pain. They have destroyed generations of children and will answer to GOD. Most black african countries are in a mess. My ancestors are from africa and the more I read about africa I am glad we were stolen. I once would have been ashamed to say this but after years of seeing black rule I am glad. Only sad for those who live under such horrible conditions. What these leaders gain from suffering is a sense of false power because real power comes from other places not fear and intimadion, rape, murder, maiming! These are the tools of a coward. Real men use reason.

It is an atrocity that is fast becoming a tradition in still some African countries whose selfish influential leaders celebrate the death of the innocent-weak ones. the criminal activities of the rebel leader laurent kunda in DRC is one that he will account for even in the hell. what does Kunda gain from the sufferings of these women and children that he had set in motion in his bid to dethrone a democratically elected seating government? i am an African child and from experience, i am no in doubt that Kunda is only interested in his PERSONAL pocket as a way of saying definite bye to poverty. however, i would suggest that Laurent be given a book on Mobutu to have a feel of what it is like to be crimnally rich in Congo DR. I mean looting state resources that you wanted under the umbrella of Kabilla's led government's marginalisation of 'your' people will take you no where. the soul of these departed faithfuls will continue to question Kunda. my advise is: resort to democratic process.
