It is quite difficult today to talk about children education in DRCongo. Most of them are really willing to learn but lack of means is hampering them to achieve or get even the basic for their future. The infrastructures that collapse since 1996 have never been restored. You will never see proof of short or long term plan addressing this question. There are no schools, no books, no libraries, no teachers salary, no education department where such issues can be addressed, and even no official authority to spot that children are missing out important steps and needed knowledge for the country’s future. DRCongo is mostly governed by Tutsi origin people (Which are officially denied). The authority is more focusing in signing contracts with lobbies and rebel groups for a long lasting war instead of looking at the most fundamental things. This is to show to the whole world how the instigators of “the 1994 Rwanda genocide” are still perpetrating more havoc and disaster in the entire Central Africa region for the sake of a single “Tutsi” tribe.

See what I mean. The Congo is another FAILED STATE in Africa. The old bromide... STARVATION IN THE MIDST OF PLENTY IS APPROPIATE HERE.....The arthur pointed out the fact that Congo has plenty of nature resources .Alas, the resources are being plundered but that one resource, that resource above all, the Human natural resource is being plundered worst.Childern forced to survive by begging and having no place to go at an early age is unacceptable. The so called leaders of that country are aware of this but couls carte less .they are more interested in warfare and robbing their own people of their heritage.
