THE National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) is to commence an on-line examination and tutorials for its students like other centres of Universities across the World. Vice Chancellor, Professor Olugbemiro Jegede who said this weekend however denied that the University has scrapped the Nursing programme offered by the institution.
