APPARENTLY moved by the problem of power supply in the Federal Capital Territory, the Supervising Minister in charge of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), Remi Babalola, said Monday that arrangements have been concluded to parley with the management of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN).
