Angola might become in 2010 one of the three greatest diamond producers, considering the new investments and mining contracts, says a study by the KPMG consulting firm, issued in Luanda.

Does this study account for the large amount of illicit diamond mining which continues to happen in Angola? I can see (http://www.searchmining.net/page.do?name=MJ_angola) that illicit diggings take up a large amount of Angola’s diamond production.
