The Angolan Oil minister, Botelho de Vasconcelos, Friday left Luanda for Cairo, Egypt, to attend an extraordinary meeting of concert gathering members of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and Arab countries oil producing countries.
