Court of Appeal sitting in Ilorin , Kwara State, has upheld the interlocutory injunction of the High Court restraining Alhaji Mohammed Ayo Adebayo from parading himself as the new Balogun Gambari of Ilorin pending the determination of the substantive suit at the lower court.
