The Angolan minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva, on Saturday in Luanda appealed to young Angolan filmmakers to look at the recently finished Luanda International Film Festival (FICLuanda) as an incentive to boost this sector in the country, to increase the production of national short and feature movies.
