The Niger Delta Technical Committee, NDTC, inaugurated Monday, September 8, this year, by the Federal Government will tomorrow present its report to President Umaru Yar'Adua in Aso Rock Villa, Abuja. The 45-member committee picked Mr. Ledun Mitee and Mrs. Nkoyo Toyo as chairman and secretary, respectively.
