The United Nations envoy tasked with helping to resolve the conflict behind the recent fighting that has engulfed the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has completed his second round of consultations with leaders in the African Great Lakes region.

I would prefer that the President of USA or the Prime Minister of Britain ,one of them to say a word and an order to stop these massacres.The people of DRC, do not have a factory of guns. Where these bullets, weapons come from,the persecutor has to punish also the source of them.Invisible hands are behind these brutality.If the FBI and CIA work in this matter, shame will be to the perpetrators. The USA PRESIDENT has the power to call any leader of Africa if he wants and the mouth will be closed. Why not react like it was done to TAYLOR or to the old President of PANAMA.We think that Obama will help us. Praise God for OBAMA and Hillary
