Mr Rapp continues to drum up support in West Africa by telling our people that they will be compensated adequately if Mr Taylor is convicted. (Adequately compensated is subjective). Mr Rapp is giving our people false hope. Most of our people are illiterate, by telling them that they will be compensated if Mr Taylor is found guilty is unethical. Due to the level of education, our people will not have the capacity to distinguish between fiction and fact. In other words, if Mr Taylor is not guilty our people will still expect to be compensated because the white man said so. Mr Rapp needs to shut up and stop masquerading around West Africa as if he’s a white tsar of Africa. His behavior of false promises to our people reflects back in the days when the white man used to bring shot guns, tobacco an other western goods for exchange of our children, brothers, sisters, father and mothers under false pretends. This is a form of neo slavery.

It is interesting to note that if Mr Rapp cares so much about our people as he proclaims and want to put an end to the dictatorship and wanton violence cause by dictators on innocent people, why can’t he Rapp (UN) put a stop to the senseless killing in the Darfur and the DRC. Consequently, Mr Rapp doesn’t give a hack about black Africa; the underlying factor why Mr Rapp is drumming up support amongst our people is when Mr Taylor was President of Liberia a company by the name of Greater Diamond came to mine diamonds in Liberia under false pretends. Sooner than later it was disclosed that Greater Diamond was owned and operated by a group of hustles which Mr Rapp had connection with directly or indirectly. As a result, President Taylor kicked Greater Diamond out of Liberia and siezed their equipment worth million of dollars. Mr Rapp is going after Taylor’s assert not to compensate our people, but rather to compensate Grater Diamond.

Mr Taylor is only being prosecuted today because he did not kiss the whiteman butt. The whiteman is cleaverly doing tha same to President Robert Mugabe of Zambabwe today. The socalled Whiteman justice system is not applicable to Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf today, because she is working for the whiteman/kissing the whiteman butt and not working for the Liberians. Let us take for an example, I have never ever seen/heard in the wholewide world for a leader of a sovereign nation to ask another leader for permission to business with other countries; but Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf did by asking Mr. Bush as to whether it was permissible for her to do business with China during Bush visit to Liberia. This is a clear indication that she is working for the whiteman, and as such, she is exempt from their justice system.
