Governor Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi yesterday urged the House of Representatives Committee on Aviation to help the State recover the N2 billion it gave as loan to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for the rehabilitation of Port Harcourt International Airport.
