Seven motorcycle-taxis were on handed over on Monday, in Lubango city, by the minister of Assistance and Social Welfare, João Baptistas Kussumua, to the reference centre for disabled persons dubbed "Elavoco", so as to reinforce the "Moto-taxis" project, under the Programme of Integration of Handicapped People.
