CHAIRMAN of the International Society for Civil Liberties and Rule of Law, Comrade Emeka Umeagbalasi has criticised the roles being played by many Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) operating in the country, arguing that most of them exist sorely for the grants they get from international donors and the seminars accompanying it.
