The training pavilions of arts and craftworks in the districts of Kuito Kuanavale and Kuchi, south-eastern Kuando Kubango province, plan to launch in 2009, in the job market about 270 youths in various courses, aiming at guaranteeing the first job and helping in the national reconstruction process.
