I strongly suspect that the Ethiopian authorities are very much aware that the days this bill is scheduled to be debated in parliament, Dec. 24-25, are Christmas for non-Orthodox Christians, and that most of their donors and others who might otherwise be paying attention will be distracted from commenting on this measure.
