Terrible journalism. What proof do you have that this footballer obeyed traffic rules and the other person did not? Did you see the accident with your own eyes? Did you see the position of the vehicles after the accident and do a geometrical analysis to determine who was driving too fast? Learn how to be a neutral, professional journalist. Who knows? Maybe the footballer should be put in jail for 5-10 years. Seems more likely, given the vehicle he was driving and the damage done to the other driver.
