Governor Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala of Oyo State says his administration's decision to approve hike in fees for the Polytechnic Ibadan was in line with the new policy of the National Board of Technical Education (NBTE) which drastically reduced the number of students each polytechnic in the country can admit.
