The much-awaited massive shake-up in Nigeria's oil industry is under way, with President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua poised to implement structural and fiscal changes in the sector - which provides Nigeria over 80 per cent of its revenue and 95 per cent of foreign exchange earnings.
