Talking of the selling of natural resources why can't he look for away of using them in the country then sell them in the form of secondary product. That will show that the level has change . As a Cameroonian in business in Zimbabwe for four years running,i tell you that,Mr.Biya is worsed not Mr.Mugabe that preaches on behalf of his people and is lets down because of the illigal sanctions imposed on him by the British.
