THE High Court yesterday threw out an application for the release of Zimbabwe Peace Project director Jestina Mukoko, who is accused of recruiting people for banditry training to overthrow the Government.

The Government of Zimbabwe has a duty to haunt down SUSPECTED terrorists, such as Jestina Mukoko.
We are not fooled by the cover "peace, bla, bla, bla."
The law will take its course, and wrapping a terrorist with the flag of peace will only fool fools.

Jailhow, we all must respect human rights. Holding Mukoko without any legal frame work is a gross violation of human rights. She deserves to be freed! Such accussations about individual Zimbabweans opposssed to Robert Mugabe are so common. Yesterday it was Tsvangirai being accussed and who knows who the next person will be!
Goodness, the accused is before a court of law, and you have the nerve to assert that there is no "legal frame work...."?
Your logic is, at best, mystifying. Or, perhaps, you want the accused to appear before the "High Court" in London? Or, Gitmo?
The Government of Zimbabwe has the solemn duty of protecting its citizens from terrorists, period.
They may come UNDER THE COVER OF priests, nuns, or NGOs; when they are ratted on, as here---allegedly---however, they will be tried as TERRORISTS, PERIOD. AND IF CONVICTED, THEY SHALL HANG.
AND THERE IS NO POWER ON EARTH THAT CAN STOP THAT.
PROJECT LAW AND ORDER IN THE EVER VIGILANT CITY OF HARARE.
Shallowhead, you forget the premise of a person being innocent until found guilty. Therefore these people remain as innocent as you or I of these charges.
Are you saying that the human rights of an innocent individual do not matter any more in Zimbabwe? That a 2 year old can be beaten in police detention?

Jallohlaw while we appreciate your confused status, you hardly contribute anything worthy. If you talk of the rule of law why do brand Jestina Mukoko a terrorist? I am aware of your banditry orientation and I feel you are one of the main actors in the abductions of these people. Am I wrong?
