Justice Saliu Saidu of the Federal High Court in Osogbo, Osun state capital, has dismissed an objection raised by MTN Nigeria Limited in respect of the suit filed by the national chairman of Committee for Democracy and Rights of the People (CDRP), Amitolu Shittu.
