The minority leader of the Sokoto State House of Assembly, Barr. Bello Muhammed Gornyo, has called for a greater working relationship between the executive and legislative arm in the state towards the successful implementation of the 2009 budget, just as he says traditional institutions in the country have roles to play in the development of the nation.
