An official of the Nigerian Prison Service (NPS), Richard McCarthy has sued the Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Ahmadu Giade, at a Federal High Court in Lagos, over alleged unlawful detention since February 19, 2008.
